Green Gruff ships within the United States, excluding Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa, Idaho, and North Dakota. We do not ship to US territories or internationally.

Green Gruff strives to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Any orders received on the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the following regularly scheduled business day. We guarantee shipment within 3 business days of the order being received, weather permitting. 

Packages are sent through standard shipping with USPS from the Chicago area. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
